Abstract: When IT born there was monolithic programming: one program that compiled make everything. Soon this approach becomes problematic and followed modular strategies.
Evolution of these was the reason for the DevOps, Containers, micro services, FaaS…
Because these are new topics for many people, in the first part I’ll introduce them and in the second part I’ll present how MySQL can answer the pain question: fine for the coding, but the data?
It will therefore be an opportunity to see how insert MySQL 8 in these environments, thanks to the new X protocol, whether we are talking about a polyglot approach, or that we are talking about the multi modal approach.
To participate, a basic knowledge of programming techniques and databases will be sufficient (examples of code will obviously be in Python).
