Hi Simone. I wonder if you can help me with a question about hotel
reservations.

My fiancé, Angela Parker, made a hotel reservation for us many months ago.
Then, I made a hotel reservation when I registered for PyCon Italia. As you
can see from the correspondence below, it is not clear to us how the rooms
are different. I only need one room and thus want to cancel one of them,
but without more information regarding how the rooms are different, it is
impossible to know which reservation to cancel.

We have tried to get an answer to this question for several months, but we
have not been successful. Would you please have a look below and see if you
can help clarify?

I booked this hotel months ago from the PyCon Sei website. Before there was
specific information. At that time I booked a NEW STYLE ROOM. I want to
know what EXACTLY are the rooms that are apart of the booking block for
PyCon Sei at the discounted rate?

I want to know if they are the NEW STYLE ROOM (with a view) or The ECONOMY
ROOM? Would you be so kind as to let me know what kind of the rooms are
apart of the special priced rooms for PyCon attendee’s? Thank you!

I have a reservation. My booking confirmation is H4474MR39402. *All the

We are coming for PyCon Sei. On the PyCon website they are quoting 59
Euro’s for each person for a double room, including 22% VAT and city tax.
The room we have already reserved is between 143-186 Euro’s which is
obviously more expensive.

My question is this… Is the room we currently have reserved the same exact
room? Or is it better in some way?

If it is the same exact room I obviously will want to cancel it and reserve
at the group rate. However if the room is better in some way I may leave
our reservation as is.

When you have a moment please let me know the details of the room we
