[Python] Caching web proxy in python

Ciao Lista,
  una volta avevo trovato un web proxy scritto in python.
Faceva caching sul filesystem usando l'URL encoding per i nomi di file.
La cosa bella e' che funzionava anche offline.

Putroppo non mi ricordo il nome. A voi e' capitato di usarlo?
