[Python] Test mailserver antivirus

Ragazzi ho bisogno di testare l'antivirus di alcuni server, (sotto carico,
ma è ininfluente sul topic)

la mia idea è usare le signatures dei virus di Clamav
e bombardare il mailserver.

il punto è che ho solo le signatures, quindi non ho i virus, quindi.... un
modo per creare degli attachments on the fly
che come firma abbiano quelle di clamav ce ne sono? qualcuno conosce una
easy way?

PS (alternativa)
oppure qualcuno ha windows e mi posta i suoi file dentro system32? tanto....
