Dipende dai dati. Se non ci sono grosse esigenze di enforcement sulle
relazioni tra tabelle, e se i dati sono tipo dei log, cioè scritti una
volta e poi quasi mai modificati, ma solo letti, potresti trovare
giovamento nell'uso di PyTables:

PyTables è l'interfaccia Python verso la libreria HDF5, molto usata in
ambito scientifico per la memorizzazione di terabyte di dati:
