[PyRoma] Dicembre dopo DjangoGirls

I could do a walk through the admin, that would be interesting for
django beginners.

Personally I don't think REST is such an advanced concept, it really
depends on how it is explained.
However, it all boils down to who's available in that day to prepare
something good enough.
