Abstract: What is stopping us from continuously deliver great solutions, or in other words, how can we continuously deliver great software?

There are 5 capabilities that you can control to deliver great solutions:

 - Continuous delivery
 - Architecture
 - Product and Process
 - Lean management and monitoring
 - Cultural

A lack of investment or focus in any of these categories will badly influence the results or the mood of your team, pushing towards technical debt, create poor implemented solutions that will slow you down, increase on boarding time for new team members and cause you nightmares (especially when you are on call), just to name a few.

During this talk I’ll show you what these 5 levers/capabilities are and mean, how you can translate them into your daily work with a specific focus on teams where Python represents the main language.
