Abstract
Today, due to intense and busy lifestyles, we, rarely, have the time and energy to spend thinking about, planning, shopping and cooking a satisfying meal at home which is far healthier for us than eating/ordering out.  Given our mostly sedentary lifestyles, eating a healthy meal at home is a critical need for us to live better, healthier, longer lives with fewer health issues as we age.

This talk will provide a tool for developers and engineers to quickly plan, shop for and cook a scrumptious meal which will require minimal time/effort with maximum taste and health benefits. 
Using the versatility of Python, I will talk about and demonstrate an automated tool to identify, plan and shop for a meal based on minimal preferences provided by the user.  This automated tool relies on API’s, Data Mining (structured data) and NLP.  The target meal for this talk is fish curry.
I will show a video of the cooking as part of the demo.  I will, also, provide a comparison of time and resource (ingredient) data for one meal using the automated tool vs not using the tool.
