Abstract: Working Remotely brings with it a whole new set of challenges. It can be rewarding, challenging, fun and exciting. But it can also be lonely and depressing and frustrating. 

We will go over some of the bad parts and how to best combat them. Some strategies employers can implement to help alleviate problems for remote workers. 

This talk dives into the lessons learned from Elastic and other companies that use distributed and remote teams.
