[Pycon] keynote speakers

Stinner dovrebbe lavorare per red hat, probabilmente Flavio ha una modo
diretto per contattarlo.

Per i keynote speakers sono dell'idea che bisogna sempre andare extra
mile...se l'effetto non e' `whoa!` stiamo perdendo l'occasione per attirare
nuova gente.....

@Valerio: per la pydata track hai invitato qualcuno?
